75mm XPS Sandwich Panel

XPS foam sandwich board is a thermoplastic composite board, which is composed of thermoplastic resin and continuous glass fiber. The outer layer is made of glossy continuous glass fiber, and the inner layer is composed of thermoplastic unidirectional tape composite. The core material is made of extruded polystyrene, which is connected to the outer layer through vacuum compression and special adhesive. The outer fiberglass skin is formed by an automated panel production line. The surface is coated with a layer of colored gel made of international food grade resin. The gel coating makes the panel surface smoother and easier to clean. The panel has bright colors and long-lasting luster. The high strength of extruded polystyrene in the core material can prevent damage caused by embedded components and make the panel surface flat without depressions. In addition, extruded polystyrene can maintain good performance at temperatures as low as -50 ℃.
