Rock wool Sandwich Panels

Rockwool sandwich panel is a high-performance building panel designed for applications requiring superior fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption. It is constructed by bonding two metal facings (typically pre-painted galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel) to a dense core of mineral wool (rock wool) using high-strength adhesives. This composite structure offers exceptional fire safety (often achieving Class A or non-combustible ratings), excellent dimensional stability, and good mechanical strength. It is a preferred choice for buildings with stringent fire regulations and demanding environmental conditions.

EPS Sandwich Panels

EPS sandwich panel is a lightweight composite building material widely used for exterior walls, roofs, and interior partitions. It consists of two metal face sheets (commonly color steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheets) and a core layer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam bonded together with high-strength adhesive. This panel offers excellent thermal insulation, high structural strength, easy installation, and a smooth, aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is suitable for various building types such as industrial plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and prefabricated houses.

PU Sandwich Panels

PU (Polyurethane) sandwich panel is a highly efficient, lightweight composite building panel widely used in modern construction. It consists of two pre-finished metal facings (typically color-coated steel or aluminum) and a rigid polyurethane foam core, which are continuously bonded together through a high-pressure automated foaming and laminating process. This structure results in a panel with exceptional thermal insulation properties, impressive structural strength-to-weight ratio, excellent fire resistance (typically Class B1), and a sleek, modern aesthetic. PU panels are a top choice for energy-efficient buildings requiring fast installation and superior performance.

XPS Sandwich Panels

XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) sandwich panel is a high-performance composite building panel known for its exceptional moisture resistance, high compressive strength, and durable thermal insulation. It is constructed by bonding two metal facings (typically color-coated steel or aluminum) to a rigid extruded polystyrene foam core through a continuous laminating process. This structure creates a panel with outstanding long-term thermal efficiency, excellent resistance to water absorption and freeze-thaw cycles, and robust load-bearing capacity. It is an ideal choice for applications requiring stable insulation performance in humid conditions or under physical load.

Rock Wool Glass Magnesium Sandwich Panels

The Magnesite-Rockwool Sandwich Panel is a premium, inorganic composite panel designed for applications demanding the highest levels of fire safety, durability, and environmental stability. It features a core of high-density rock wool (mineral wool) fully encapsulated between two rigid, reinforced magnesium oxide (MgO) boards. The entire assembly is bonded under pressure using specialized adhesives, creating a monolithic, all-inorganic structure. This panel offers Class A1 non-combustible performance, exceptional resistance to moisture, corrosion, and pests, along with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. It is the ultimate choice for critical infrastructure and buildings where life safety, longevity, and zero compromise on fire codes are paramount.
