With its core of rigid Polyurethane (PU) foam, which boasts one of the lowest thermal conductivity values among insulation materials, this panel delivers exceptional thermal efficiency and energy savings. Available in the critical 150mm to 200mm thickness range, it is designed to minimize wall thickness while maximizing insulation performance, directly saving valuable internal storage space and reducing long-term operational costs. The panel is manufactured by continuously laminating the high-density PU core between two durable, hygienic metal facings—typically pre-painted galvanized steel—featuring a precision-engineered cam-lock joint system that ensures an airtight, thermally broken seal upon installation. The 50-75mm Coldroom Panel is a high-performance insulated building component specifically engineered for the construction of refrigerated storage rooms, chillers, and climate-controlled environments operating typically within the 0°C to +12°C (32°F to 54°F) range. This panel utilizes a core of rigid Polyurethane (PU) foam, renowned for its exceptional thermal efficiency, encapsulated between two robust, sanitary metal facings. The substantial thickness (100mm, 120mm, 150mm) is designed to provide an optimal balance between superior thermal resistance (high R-value/U-value), structural integrity, and cost-effectiveness for medium-temperature applications.
